- Agree the contracts with the sponsors;
- Change the timetable for home match;
- Consult the calendars (also of the cups) to hypothesize the first strategies to be applied;

All the list is important but in particular you have to remember the sponsors. The other aspects can be done at a later time, but the contracts with the sponsors if not signed immediately will make you lose coins.
